Please note - It may take up to 5 working days after your order is placed for it to be sent. I aim to ship on Thursdays every week.  If you require an item to be delivered by a specific date (within reason) please email to discuss this and we can work out the best option for you.

Tracking information - All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used when ordering. 

Standard postage times - Please note that postal transit (via Australia Post) within Australia currently ranges from a few days to a week, and sending from Australia to anywhere else in the world can take 2-3 weeks.

Lost or damaged items - I am unable to accept responsibility for any packages that are damaged when it is the fault of the postal service.
Please let me know if you would like to purchase postal insurance on your item.

United States Customs & Border Patrol require all merchants shipping to the US to have a Zonos account in order to process all tariffs and handling fees. All items incur a $1.70AUD Zonos handling fee in order to process your parcel at the US border. This fee is included in your order.

Certain items shipping to USA will incur a tariff. This fee will be included in your order.

Posters are currently exempt from tarrifs (yay!), so only a Zonos handling fee will be added to your poster order.

AUG 12th, 2026 Update:
Due to strict new laws regarding packaging and waste regulation, I have currently paused shipping to the EU until more information is available on the required paperwork and fees needed to ship to EU countries. I apologise for this inconvenience.

Some locations may add extra charges like VAT or import fees when your order arrives. These are determined by your local customs office and aren’t included in my shop’s pricing.

To keep your posters safe, all posters are:

• Rolled in brown paper, with a layer of tissue paper on the printed side to protect the print

• Shipped inside a sturdy cardboard tube with taped caps to ensure the caps do not fall out

I use bio-based eco tape from HeapsGood packaging, and I try to re-use packaging materials where I can.

Smaller prints/artworks ship flat in a rigid mailer, securely taped.

Now this is the important stuff.

Her name is Hazel and she’s a Miniature Pinscher! We adopted her when she was 6 years old. She didn’t get walked much before we got her, but now she can’t get enough of the outdoors. We are very lucky to have her!
