STORE & SHIPPING POLICIES

Please note - It may take up to 5 working days after your order is placed for it to be sent. I aim to ship on Thursdays every week.  If you require an item to be delivered by a specific date (within reason) please email to let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Tracking information - All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used when ordering. 

Standard postage times - Please note that postal transit (via Australia Post) within Australia currently ranges from a few days to a week, and sending from Australia to anywhere else in the world can take 2-3 weeks.

Lost or damaged items - I am unable to accept responsibility for any packages that are damaged when it is the fault of the postal service.
Please let me know if you would like to purchase postal insurance on your item (this is particularly advisable with original art.)
